Je suis ingénieur en télécommunications avec un Master (M.Sc.) de l'INRS-EMT à Montréal et une solide expérience en cloud computing, administration système/réseau et gestion des escalations techniques.
Au cours de huit ans et plus, j'ai occupé des rôles de support technique senior, d'administrateur système et de business analyst, gérant des environnements Microsoft Azure, Exchange Online et outils JIRA, et assurant la sécurité des courriels (Encryption, DLP).
