I've spent more than five years at Cloud Temple Tunisia configuring and maintaining network infrastructure across enterprise sites. I diagnose hardware, software, and network incidents, analyze logs and traffic patterns, and improve performance and availability.

I administer Windows and Linux systems, manage incident tickets through resolution, implement backup solutions, and write technical documentation and operating procedures. My work includes routers, switches, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization.

Earlier roles with Office des Oeuvres Universitaires de Sousse and TAV Airports involved maintaining network equipment, applying security policies, monitoring performance, and assessing infrastructure weaknesses. I also supported VM deployment and server migration at Tunisie Electronique.

I'm expanding my automation and cybersecurity practice through NETTORA, a self-directed GitHub lab. I designed segmented GNS3 and VyOS networks, implemented zone-based firewall controls and FortiGate SSL VPN, and automated network-device configuration backups with Python and Netmiko.
