I’m looking for a remote-ready IT Support/Help Desk role where I can resolve tickets fast, support Windows/Linux environments, and grow into junior systems administration—especially in structured teams that value documentation and good user communication.

I’m an IT Support professional with hands-on experience from an IT internship at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where I monitored and resolved helpdesk requests in a live enterprise environment using ServiceNow ITSM.

I also built and documented a comprehensive, self-directed enterprise homelab spanning Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Apache, HTTPS/SSL, Samba, SSH, Group Policy, and firewall configuration across 4 virtual machines—9 phases completed—to practice real sysadmin workflows with strong troubleshooting logs.

I’m Google IT Support Professional Certificate–trained and Cisco CCNA–certification focused, and I enjoy working where clear communication matters—supporting bilingual users in high-pressure, multinational hospitality settings.

Beyond infrastructure, I simulated helpdesk operations using Freshdesk against a live Active Directory setup, covering ticket resolution like password resets, unlocks, provisioning, and shared folder access, while managing accounts and deploying software via Group Policy.
