I’m a software engineer focused on end-to-end ownership—from frontend widgets to edge APIs and AI-backed services. I build product features that publishers and clients can actually adopt, then I harden them with observability and clear operational runbooks.

At Shopsense AI (Aug 2024–Present), I built a shoppable-image widget by architecting the configuration system, service layer, UI, and build pipeline around an LLM-powered detection API. I also stood up production observability for the Shoppability service—incident.io alerting, CloudWatch EMF metrics, an API Gateway / CloudFront 4xx dashboard, and triage runbooks—reducing incident MTTR by 60%.

I lead the alerting and monitoring posture by standardizing runbooks and on-call responsibilities, increasing alert coverage across critical paths with a consistent triage playbook. I own features across 11 services, spanning infrastructure-as-code through the UI, and I consolidated analytics into a shared event-types package to cut duplication and analytics code by ~70%.

Previously at Afiniti (Nov 2021–Sep 2024) as a Sr. Software Engineer, I led OMNI channel and Voice Call integration and transformed internal tooling into a market-ready contact center solution. I modernized legacy code and tech stack to reduce runtime by 50%, introduced a config-driven plug-and-play architecture with web components for 150+ services (streamlining development by 60%), and created onboarding that improved new-hire productivity by 75%.
