What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my computer science, automation, customer-facing, and training experience in technical solutions or customer success work, helping non-technical stakeholders adopt tools and improve workflows.

I built BoomarooMedia into a multi-platform wildlife photography and digital commerce business spanning Etsy, Redbubble, and FineArtAmerica.

I created a custom React automation tool connecting Etsy v3 and Pinterest v5 REST APIs, enabling one-click pins from new listings. I also use AI-assisted prompt engineering, SEO, metadata, and cross-platform publishing workflows to streamline operations and improve discoverability.

My original wildlife photography has been exhibited in galleries across eight countries, including Australia, Greece, Spain, and Rome.

Alongside my technical work, I bring 12+ years of high-volume hospitality leadership from Flecha Cantina and Eureka!, where I trained 200+ staff, coordinated operations, managed POS and cash reconciliation, and translated fast-moving needs into clear action.
