At Griffith University, I supported reliability across enterprise integration, middleware, and data platforms. As a Platform Engineer, I recovered an unstable SOA environment by repurposing a working non-production domain, avoiding a full rebuild and extended service disruption.

I automated operating-system patching and rollback workflows with Ansible and shell scripting, and developed Python automation to manage OCI alert policies around on-call schedules. I also delivered platform upgrades, migrations, and Oracle Critical Patch Updates across ODI, WebLogic, and SOA/OSB environments.

I started at Griffith University as a Database Administrator, supporting Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL platforms, then moved into application administration and platform reliability. In my EnviroPi personal project, I built a Python and Flask service for Raspberry Pi, containerised it with Docker, and added Prometheus metrics and Grafana dashboards.
