What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a long-term role with an organization that has a strong background, where I can enhance my professional and personal status while delivering reliable DBA operations, HA/DR, and cloud database migrations.

I’m a results-oriented database professional with 12 years of experience in Database Administration, providing “24/7 On-call support for critical production databases.” I specialize in MS-SQL Server database administration across versions including 2008 R2, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2017, and 2019.

In my current Lead DBA role, I manage “around 100 plus Production/Dev servers,” covering installation/configuration, upgrades/migrations, backup/recovery, monitoring, and troubleshooting. I bring hands-on experience implementing High Availability & Disaster Recovery such as Mirroring, Log shipping, Replication, Always On, and Active/Passive clustering, along with cloud operations in AWS (EC2) and migrations to Azure.
