I’m fascinated by human potential and what enables people to feel safe, valued, connected and fully engaged in their work. My experience spans research, UX, strategy, experience design and facilitation, with a consistent focus on understanding people and turning insight into meaningful change.
I value human-centred leadership, psychological safety, curiosity, autonomy and thoughtful collaboration. My independent work has deepened my understanding of human behaviour, wellbeing and experiential learning, alongside building programmes, retreats and a 6K+ community.
I’m now looking to bring this perspective into a remote, international team working at the intersection of people, culture, experience and business—where people, planet and profit can move in greater alignment.

Founder & Facilitator
Whole Hearted Human
Jan 2023 - Present (3 years 8 months)
Built an independent practice designing and facilitating multi-month 1:1 and group experiences around self-awareness, emotional wellbeing, creative exploration and human flourishing. Hosted 3 retreats in collaboration with a yoga centre and built an online community of 6,000+.
Conducted qualitative interviews and stakeholder workshops to uncover user needs, pain points and behavioural patterns; translated findings into recommendations, UX roadmaps and user journeys. Steered a complex website/mobile delivery after identifying gaps between design ambition, technical capability, resources and timeline.
Analysed customer feedback across personal care, beauty, travel and telecom, structuring complaints, reviews, compliments and usage feedback into actionable experience themes. Created journey maps, frameworks, presentations and recommendations that fed into research, marketing and AI/product initiatives.
Improved enterprise HR process efficiency by identifying redundant workflows, redesigning processes and translating business requirements into system solutions. Supported rollout across 9 centres, training and onboarding managers, and coordinating business, technical and support teams.
