I'm a UX/CX designer and researcher with 7.5 years of experience leading end-to-end digital product work, currently consulting at Deloitte on member-facing experiences for a large US health insurance client. My background spans regulated and complex industries, including banking (a UAE bank client), telecom, and civic infrastructure, so I'm comfortable translating dense requirements into clear, usable design.
Day to day, I run discovery and stakeholder workshops, lead research and usability testing, and take designs from wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, building the design systems that keep delivery consistent at scale. Outside my core consulting work, I'm a certified Pilates instructor and content creator, which keeps me sharp at managing multiple threads, working independently, and communicating clearly with different audiences.
