What I'm looking for

I'm seeking Operations Management, Project Management, or Assistant Manager opportunities in growth-oriented organizations where I can improve workflows, coordinate stakeholders, manage programs and orders, and strengthen service delivery.

I'm managing end-to-end doubt-solving program operations at Motion Education, including tutor onboarding and scheduling for 40+ tutors, performance monitoring, dashboards, escalations, and service delivery.

I also manage 200+ monthly educational-product orders, coordinating purchase orders, vendors, shipment tracking, dispatch, and delivery completion. Previously at NSE Academy, I led operational coordination for executive and professional education programs and reduced session scheduling conflicts through planning and stakeholder coordination.

Across academic operations, MIS reporting, documentation, and data management roles, I've supported teams with accurate records, reporting, and smoother workflows. I completed an MBA in Operations Management while working full-time.
