I'm currently leading HR strategy and workforce administration for Shree Bhagwati Management LLC, a US-based organization supporting H-2B and J-1 employees. I manage onboarding, documentation, compliance tracking, timekeeping, payroll inputs, employee records, and workforce reporting for an international workforce.

Previously, at Velox Solutions, I managed end-to-end recruitment across Sales, IT, Operations, Support, and corporate functions while strengthening onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR analytics, and policy implementation.

At Allegis Global Solutions, supporting Deutsche Bank and HSBC, I managed global IT recruitment and onboarding, using Taleo ATS and HRIS systems to maintain accurate candidate and employee records, support SLA delivery, and coordinate across stakeholders.

Across retail, BFSI, IT, corporate, and international workforce environments, I've built experience in bulk hiring, HR operations, employee engagement, grievance handling, compliance, HR MIS, workforce planning, and process improvement.
