At Tata Consultancy Services, I developed interactive Power BI dashboards and KPI reports using operational data from SQL, Splunk, and monitoring tools. I also extracted, cleaned, validated, and analyzed datasets to support reporting and ETL validation.
I monitored production applications and ETL pipelines, investigated issues through log analysis and Linux troubleshooting, and supported ITIL-based incident and problem management. At SSB Quest, I mentor aspirants through mock interviews and structured feedback, and design event websites and digital invitations.
