At Tata Consultancy Services, supporting the KPMG UK Client, I resolve production support tickets and use SQL to investigate backend data issues. I also analyze recurring incident patterns and prepare operational documentation and reports.
In my analytics projects, I analyzed Target Brazil e-commerce orders with SQL, built a Tableau dashboard for Superstore sales, and used Python and Pandas for customer RFM segmentation. My work also includes cohort and funnel analysis of e-commerce transactions.
