At Alstonia Consulting, I work as an EMS Engineer responsible for 24×7 enterprise monitoring using HP OBM, NNMi, and OBR. I configure and monitor event, network, server, and infrastructure alerts.
I handle incident detection, logging, prioritization, and escalation through ITSM processes, and use ServiceNow and ITSM tools to create, track, and close tickets. I also analyze alerts to reduce false positives and support root cause analysis and problem management.
I monitor network performance and availability with NNMi, generate health and performance reports, and coordinate with L2/L3 teams on incident resolution. My work also supports SLA, KPI, and ITIL compliance, as well as change, maintenance, and patching activities from a monitoring perspective.
