At Wipro, I manage COMCAST project tickets on the Ilex platform, prioritizing issues and maintaining a 95% same-day resolution rate.
I monitor remote connectivity and backup devices, routers, switches, and firewalls to meet client requirements. I also use Zabbix, Meraki, and FortiGate to assess site status and troubleshoot network issues.
After moving to the ISP queue, I verified connectivity, device status, configurations, and outages, supporting 99% uptime. I also supported the MASERGY project by handling Priority 1, 2, and 3 cases through JIRA.
I use SecureCRT to access and monitor devices remotely, and coordinate with ISPs to confirm BGP connection stability. I’m seeking a challenging role in the networking domain where I can contribute to reliable, secure network operations.
