At AMS supporting Goldman Sachs, I manage talent acquisition reporting and analytics for active hiring requisitions. I build Excel and SQL dashboards tracking more than 10 hiring KPIs, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, pipeline velocity, time-to-fill, and recruiter performance.

I've analyzed hiring funnels to identify bottlenecks and process-improvement opportunities, while validating, cleansing, and reconciling data across ATS and recruitment reporting systems. I also create leadership reports with hiring trends, operational insights, and workforce-planning metrics.

Previously at New Relic and CareerNet Technologies, I coordinated interviews, maintained Greenhouse and other ATS data, tracked candidate pipelines, and produced recruitment MIS reports. I supported recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders with structured, analysis-ready reporting and smooth candidate experiences.

Through my Workforce Intelligence Platform and Olist sales analytics projects, I've applied Python, SQL, Streamlit, Tableau, and Power BI-ready datasets to generate actionable business insights. I'm seeking an HR Analyst or People Analytics role where I can combine HR operations knowledge with analytics for better workforce decisions.
