Managed product backlogs across 3–4 customer platforms and the Basepair web application, translating requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria. Led end-to-end Scrum delivery and customer-to-engineering translation to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.

Represented product strategy and roadmap to executives and stakeholders, driving enhancements aligned to Velsera oncology offerings. Developed and maintained a roadmap for integrating third-party clinical assays into internal Clinical Genomics Workspace platforms (CGW and CER) and served as a scientific SME for report templates.

Spearheaded a COVID-19 sequencing surveillance study, overseeing lab setup, protocol validation for library preparation and sequencing, and training new personnel. Streamlined internal NGS processes, contributed to analysis/reporting pipeline development, and trained the sales team on product scientific aspects.

Supervised a 10-member research team, delegating work and ensuring high-quality outputs through technical training and mentorship. Implemented protocol validation measures that reduced testing time and delivered work across HLA typing, Sanger testing, oncology tests, and DNA/RNA extraction.

Managed projects with the principal investigator, trained team members, and presented quarterly updates. Conducted research on wastewater treatment and endocrine disruptors using in vivo (Danio rerio) and in vitro cell systems with toxicity assays (MTT, Trypan blue, histology) and allele-specific amplification.
