Incepted and led the vision for 4 bioprinting and AI products from concept to deployment, including an AI quality control tool that reduced bioink wastage by ~30% and improved workflow efficiency by ~25%. Built and scaled the team from 1 to 8 members, established delivery KPIs/processes, and drove ISO 9001:2015 QMS adherence for product development.

Transitioned R&D into product-oriented development by building TensorFlow CNN models to predict print fidelity and developing a YOLOv5-based object detection system for real-time scaffold quality classification. Developed and validated AI/ML models for predictive bioprinting parameter analysis and translated user pain points into product requirements and proof-of-concept designs.

Assembled TRIVIMA bioprinter prototypes by troubleshooting and designing the extruder setup and XYZ stage structure using Autodesk Fusion 360. Optimized bioink encapsulation with keratinocytes and designed experiments to support validation of print fidelity and performance.

Worked on a BIRAC (BIG Grant) funded project for developing a novel electromagnetic wave-based rapid tissue fixation and processing device. Supported research and development activities to advance the project from design through testing.

Completed B.Tech and M.Tech in Biotechnology from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology from 2015 to 2020.

Completed ICSE and ISC Board education at Auxilium Convent School up to 2013.
