I’m looking for a senior project/program management role in biotech/pharma R&D where I can lead cross-functional delivery, strengthen GMP/GLP quality systems (CAPA/SOP), and drive digital transformation—now aligned with PMP-ready leadership.

I’m a Project Management professional with 6+ years across biotechnology and pharmaceutical R&D environments, where I lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure. I’m known for aligning scope, schedule, cost, and quality while building momentum through clear charters, plans, milestones, and RAID tracking.

At Himedia Laboratories, I manage 4–6 concurrent projects and coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, SCM, QC, QA, Procurement, IT, Logistics, and Manufacturing. I partner with leadership on a 2-year roadmap tied to projected revenue growth of ₹200–500 Cr, strengthen vendor and stakeholder execution, and support executive dashboards and KPI reporting.

I also drive quality and compliance outcomes—CAPA governance, deviation handling, SOP standardization, and GMP/GLP alignment—plus SAP workflow integration and digital documentation using SharePoint to improve audit readiness and traceability. Earlier, at Syngene International and a translational oncology role, I delivered major cost and yield improvements, maintained ALCOA+ integrity and ELN documentation, applied Six Sigma for root-cause improvements, and used R and Python for transcriptomic and sequencing analyses.
