I’m a Product Manager with 5+ years of experience blending scientific rigor, clinical data analytics, and agile execution. I’m driven by solving complex, unfamiliar problems from first principles and translating them into shippable product outcomes.

At Strand LifeSciences, I led the product lifecycle for the HLA reporting workflow—from defining PRDs and acceptance criteria to guiding engineering and QA through release. By migrating a Zoho-based manual process to automation, I reduced processing time from 3+ hours to under 10 minutes (90% reduction) and increased operational capacity by 40%.

I’ve also designed data-informed workflow improvements to strengthen quality and compliance. I analyzed 2 to 3 years of historical sample and reporting data to surface bottlenecks, and I helped reduce oncology panel error rates by 15% and compliance rework costs by 30%.
