I’m an accomplished academic and operations professional with over four years in the EdTech sector, focused on delivering strong virtual classroom support and measurable student success. In my Senior Academic Manager role, I lead academic operations, troubleshoot class login/access issues, manage ticket resolutions, and ensure smooth backend support across LMS platforms, online assessments, and attendance systems.

I also bring a business and growth mindset, having progressed from Academic Mentor to Business Development Associate and Backend Operations at Vedantu. I’ve owned end-to-end onboarding and admissions workflows—counseling students and parents, managing batch allocation and scheduling, driving CRM operations with Salesforce and Zoho, and using Tableau to generate MIS reports and performance dashboards. I’m especially proud of leading a YOY retention project by strengthening renewal outcomes through proactive engagement and parent communication.
