I am a journalism and mass communication professional with hands-on experience in trust & safety and content moderation at a global services firm. I review and analyze user-generated profiles, audio, video, and text content, escalating and resolving issues while enforcing community guidelines.

At Accenture I have handled spam and abuse removal, payment-related issues including refunds and chargebacks, and acted as a mediator between sellers and buyers to resolve disputes. I serve as an advocate for user communities and work with tools and channels specific to content safety processes.

I hold a Master of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication (First Division - Distinction) and a BA in the same field, and I supplement my core skills with MS Office, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. I have created a travel blog and delivered workshops on digital media writing, demonstrating initiative and content-creation experience.

I am a quick learner, tech-savvy, and comfortable working under pressure and in teams to meet deadlines. I communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and Telugu and am focused on roles that leverage my content moderation, digital communication, and community-safety expertise.
