I review social media content flagged by users for categories like hate speech, adult violations, violent extremism, graphic violence, harassment, child safety issues, and medical misinformation.

At Wipro, I worked in the Trust and Safety Department, investigating and addressing reported or flagged content promptly across multiple online platforms. I help ensure consistent, fair enforcement by applying community guidelines and policy adherence while collaborating with my team to maintain quality.

My performance is measured by strong outcomes: I achieved a 99% accuracy rate while moderating and approving over 6,000 pieces of social media content every month. I also terminated over 20,000+ inappropriate contents and channels per day while ensuring user guidelines were followed.

I bring critical thinking, customer service, and process improvement into every queue—conducting periodic audits of moderation work to reduce inconsistencies and improve enforcement. I’m comfortable with report writing and documentation, and I use tools like Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop to support moderation and administrative needs.
