I’m a Strategic HR Manager with 9+ years designing Performance Management Systems (PMS), running HR operations, and ensuring statutory compliance across financial services, manufacturing, and consulting. I’m MBA (HR) qualified and focused on KPI-driven appraisal frameworks, workforce scaling, and data-informed talent management.

In my recent independent work, I designed a startup’s first PMS cycle—setting KPI frameworks, review cadences, and manager calibration tied to business goals.
