I’m looking to grow in a people-first HR role where I can lead end-to-end HR operations, strengthen statutory compliance (NSSA/NEC/Labour laws), and improve payroll accuracy through Excel automation and practical HR analytics.

I’m a results-driven Human Resources practitioner with 5+ years of experience across Energy, Food Processing, Mining, Tobacco, and Construction. I manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration support, with a strong focus on best fit and best practice.

I’m confident working across statutory compliance areas—covering Labour laws and bodies such as NSSA and NEC—and I ensure accurate employee records, contracts, onboarding/exits, attendance tracking, leave administration, and HR metrics reporting. I also strengthen workforce outcomes through conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance processes, and performance management appraisals.

I leverage Excel automation (including VLOOKUP and indexmatch), to reduce payroll errors and improve efficiency while supporting Belina payroll processing. From site-based HR audits and SHEQ compliance to HR databases and dashboard metrics for management review, I bring structured, confidential, and ethical HR operations wherever I’m needed.
