I’m an Instructional Designer-in-training with over 11 years of experience as a Technical Assistant at Techno India Group, specializing in regulating Learning Management Systems (LMS), creating e-learning modules, and delivering training sessions on instrumentation and laboratory management.

I design and implement effective curricula aligning with M.Sc. in Chemistry & Chemical Technology instructional design methodologies, and I collaborate with faculty to conduct needs analyses for curriculum optimization.

I develop engaging digital learning content using Articulate 360 and Google NotebookLM, and I’ve supported the integration of AI analytics into LMS to enhance learning experiences (63%). I also prepare course materials that improved learning effectiveness and student satisfaction (53.25%).

I enjoy building learner-centered experiences through ILT, VILT, and self-paced eLearning, using structure from ADDIE, Gagne’s 9 Events, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and storyboarding—paired with assessment sheets and participant guides. My approach blends learning theories, andragogy/pedagogy, and data-driven reporting (including MS Excel dashboards) to continuously improve outcomes.
