What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a business analyst role where I can use CRM, reporting, customer analysis, and process improvement to support informed decisions and strengthen business operations.

I've managed Super Bikes financing across Delhi NCR at L&T Finance, analyzing customer credit profiles, tracking leads in CRM systems, and collaborating with dealers and stakeholders.

At TradeIndia, I managed the B2B customer lifecycle, analyzed client data, optimized business catalogs using SEO, and coordinated campaigns. I also represented the organization at international trade fairs.
