I’m looking to extend my hands-on Sprinklr platform expertise into broader CRM consulting engagements, focused on platform administration, automation, integrations, analytics, and stakeholder-driven workflow solutions.

At Aramex, I own end-to-end Sprinklr administration, from user onboarding and access management to API integrations and workflow automation for marketing and sales operations.

Previously, I analyzed customer engagement data for Microsoft at Futurlytic, using SQL, Power BI, and Excel to support segmentation, campaign targeting, reporting, and conversion improvements.
