At Equifax, I served as Agile Coach / Senior Scrum Master for cross-functional teams delivering regulated financial data products within a SAFe Agile Release Train. I improved sprint predictability to ~90% through capacity-based planning, stronger backlog refinement, and proactive dependency management.
I facilitated Scrum ceremonies and partnered with Product Owners, stakeholders, and the Release Train Engineer on priorities, risks, and delivery forecasts. I monitored delivery metrics including Cycle Time, Lead Time, and Carryover to help identify bottlenecks and improve forecasting and flow.
Earlier, at TerraBlu Climate Technologies Pvt Ltd, I supported automation of Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report with the Product Engineering team, reducing manual reporting effort from ~10 days to ~3 days. At Medline, i applied Agile methodology to identify, design, develop, and implement UiPath RPA automation solution, which saved approximately 100 minutes per week, increasing process & team efficiency. At Entercoms, I developed Tableau dashboards and business reports, and collaborated with ETL and database teams on automation contributing to approximately 36 hours of savings per week.
