I’m a results-driven People Operations aspirant with 2.4+ years of cross-functional experience across people operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. I bring end-to-end recruitment, vendor and partner relationship management, conflict resolution, and HR compliance—backed by a strong systems mindset in SAP HRM/HCM and CRM environments. I’m also an MBA in Human Resource Management, and I’m multilingual, so I communicate clearly across diverse teams.

In my recent role as Marketing & Operations Lead (HR Focus), I led end-to-end recruitment for sales and operations positions—drafting JDs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews—while reducing time-to-hire through efficient pipeline management. I handled onboarding and vendor/client relationship processes, and I worked through hands-on employee finance workflows (payables, receivables, reimbursements). I also developed and implemented marketing and operational SOPs to improve accountability and performance tracking, partnering with IT on internal systems.

Earlier, as a Relationship Manager at AdOnMo Pvt. Ltd., I managed partner satisfaction through payables, reconciliations, and compliance for BTL campaigns, and I led conflict resolution through legal/negotiation discussions to ensure continuity and retention. I was recognized as Best Employee of the Quarter (June 2023) for relationship management and target achievement. I enjoy remote, async work too—most recently as an AI Research Contractor for a US-based client—reflecting how I operate across time zones with strong ownership and follow-through.
