I’m seeking to contribute through cross-functional collaboration, understanding business needs, and keeping processes running smoothly.

At McDonald’s Japan, I led 5–15 crew members per shift as an Area Leader and coached 3 Shift Managers on the role. I also trained and onboarded crew across kitchen, front counter, and floor.
