Prisha Mehta

I’m a Sociology graduate with a minor in Psychology and Political Science, and I’ve built hands-on experience in enterprise stakeholder engagement, pipeline management, and team coordination. In my SDR role at SpringWorks India, I worked on BGV product SpringVerify and conducted B2B cold outreach to enterprise HR decision-makers across 200+ accounts using Apollo, Hatch, and Happenstance for lead enrichment.

I manage end-to-end pipeline by converting prospects into SQLs and progressing demo-stage leads into MSAs, while developing consultative cold call pitches tailored to HR pain points around BGV turnaround time and process efficiency. Previously at Recruit With India, I managed client accounts and recruitment operations—handling initial candidate interviews, escalating shortlisted profiles, and co-leading a team of interns with mentorship and progress tracking. I’m now seeking to pursue a postgraduate degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology to grow into organizational development and people management.
