I'm seeking senior growth, commercial or customer-success roles in clean energy, fintech and climate businesses, including remote-first teams.

At M-GAS Company Limited, I lead growth across seven depots, owning installations, retention and consumption. In Githurai, I challenged the assumption that the market was unviable and refocused the team on targeted activation; daily installs doubled from 15 to 30, and the depot passed 10,000 customers in under two months.

I also built an early-intervention customer-health process using Microsoft Forms and consumption data to identify customers whose usage was declining. Earlier, at Occidental Insurance Company Ltd, I built partnership programmes that grew referral business and opened three markets.
