I’m a JD-trained enterprise transformation and policy governance professional with 8+ years of experience modernizing operations, strengthening governance frameworks, and improving enterprise knowledge sharing. At Citi, I serve as the Policy Function Governing Change (FGC) representative within the Enterprise Change Management initiative, mapping enterprise policy data to change management reporting to improve visibility into high-risk policy changes.

I apply Citi’s Enterprise Policy Governance Framework to evaluate enterprise-wide policy submissions, ensure alignment with governance and documentation standards, and clear policies for Enterprise Policy Committee review. I also lead business transition work—shifting manual reporting to an automated, API-driven solution—and design and maintain procedure manuals that standardize critical processes, reduce key-person dependency, and strengthen operational resilience. Leveraging Microsoft Copilot and Stylus Workspaces, I compare policy documents, identify governance gaps, classify findings, and reduce policy review time by more than 75% while maintaining human quality assurance; I’ve also mentored team members across policy quality and forum operations.

Before Citi, I was a Senior Content Development Paralegal in Knowledge Management at Baker McKenzie, managing global knowledge operations across 20+ jurisdictions. I partnered with attorneys worldwide to keep client-facing guidance current, managed SharePoint-based knowledge repositories and workflows, and supported publication of multijurisdictional legal handbooks while enforcing editorial standards and compliance with firm governance. Earlier, as an intake specialist and as a prosecutor’s office intern, I built a foundation in case documentation, legal research, and client-focused operations—skills I bring to transforming complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
