What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own customer and stakeholder experience, handle complaints with empathy, and keep records and processes running smoothly. I thrive in fast-paced teams and want to contribute to fair, timely resolutions.

I’m a dedicated, highly organised professional with over 6 years of combined experience in administrative management, human resources, and client-facing roles across federal government institutions. I’m known for handling high-volume interactions, resolving complaints efficiently, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

As an Administrative & Human Resource Officer at the Nigerian Council of Food Science and Technology (NiCFOST), I served as a key point of contact for staff and stakeholders, ensuring prompt, professional communication. I managed staff onboarding, administered complaints and grievances with formal meetings and detailed records, coordinated performance evaluation (APER) processes, and maintained an accurate, secure filing system to preserve data integrity.

Earlier, as a Human Resource Officer (NYSC) at the National Board for Technology Incubation (NBTI), I addressed work-related complaints and documented resolutions collaboratively with HR colleagues. I managed the staff payroll database, handled a promotion error affecting 3 members of staff, drafted vacancy advertisements, reviewed applications, and communicated application statuses to candidates while keeping electronic and manual records accurate and confidential.

At the Nigerian Police Force (Criminal Investigation & Intelligence Dept. – FCIID), I was selected from over 160 applicants to support the administrative department. I managed daily filing of over 20 cases, routed correspondence to the appropriate departments, and built an easily accessible storage and filing system that improved departmental efficiency. With advanced academic study in Security and Intelligence Studies (and a Ph.D. in progress), I bring strong analytical and interpersonal capabilities—always grounded in active listening, empathy, and critical thinking.
