What I'm looking for

I’m looking for entry to mid-level positions where I can run administrative and project workflows, manage regulatory compliance and approvals, communicate with stakeholders, and use my data and quality skills to help the company grow.

I’m a highly organized, driven business administrator and project coordinator focused on delivering smooth project execution through strong time management, clear communication, and accurate documentation. I’m at my best when I can coordinate approvals, handle details end-to-end, and keep teams and stakeholders aligned.

In my recent role as Project Coordinator at Oxford Intelligent Energy Co. Ltd (2022-2024), I supported customer service excellence by addressing client queries and ensuring a positive experience throughout each project lifecycle. I also managed regulatory compliance work, including securing HOA approvals using Microsoft Office, coordinating permit acquisition for solar installations, and liaising with local authorities to ensure alignment with regional codes.

As a Project Coordinator (Team lead) with Zenernet Solar (2020-2022), I led quality assurance by reviewing over ten virtual home visit forms daily and conducted technical checks on panel layouts in Aurora and electrical diagram plan sets. I also bridged Engineering teams and Zenernet through mediation and conflict resolution, monitored team progress, and kept projects on schedule by managing deadlines and delegating daily tasks.

Earlier, I strengthened my financial and commercial foundation at L.J Michaels Legal Practitioners and through customer service work at Zamtel, where I handled high call volume (205 calls/day) with fast, friendly problem resolution and proactive call-backs. I’ve also managed social media growth (over 3500 followers), supported content creation with designers and photographers, and developed reporting and administrative discipline through cash management and payroll processing.
