I’m looking for a remote role where I can support customers, manage email and scheduling, and maintain accurate records while improving my IT support and virtual assistance skills in a fast, organized team.

I’m a customer-focused IT Support trainee and Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in customer inquiries, high-volume data entry, and record management. I support smooth daily operations in fast-paced environments while keeping communication clear and professional.

In my recent work as a Customer Service and Virtual Assistant Trainee, I managed 20+ daily emails, scheduled appointments, and organized workflows. I resolve customer issues promptly using strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

I maintain 95–100% data accuracy by entering, updating, and verifying records reliably. I also coordinate virtual meetings and prepare documentation so everything stays organized, accessible, and easy for teams to use.

I’m skilled with productivity and collaboration tools across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, plus customer support platforms like Hubspot and Freshdesk. I’m motivated to keep improving my efficiency, multitasking ability, and support quality while contributing to team productivity.
