I seek an internship or junior remote/hybrid role in virtual assistance or IT support where I can apply CRM and automation skills, learn on the job, and grow within a collaborative team.

I am an entry-level Virtual Assistant and IT Support professional with focused practical training through the Digital Witch Training Program. I combine administrative rigor with basic technical troubleshooting and CRM management to keep teams organized and responsive.

During my training I supported administrative and IT-related tasks, built HubSpot contact databases and pipelines, and created basic Zapier automations to reduce repetitive work. I organized tasks with ClickUp, Trello, and Asana and produced Loom screen-recorded guides to document processes and onboard collaborators.

I excel at email and calendar management, ticket handling, data entry, and time-sensitive task coordination, and I am actively seeking internship or junior roles where I can contribute value, gain hands-on experience, and continue learning in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
