I'm currently supporting the City of Phoenix through Insight Global, managing mobile device management, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, and business-critical applications across 6,000+ devices and 15,000+ users in 28 departments.
At GMI supporting Spear Education, I managed endpoint and MDM environments, enterprise authentication, backups, servers, and networking. My work included Microsoft 365, Okta, VMware, Cisco Meraki, Veeam, HPE Nimble Storage, and a broad SaaS environment.
At Denova Collaborative Health, I established endpoint and MDM management with Intune and Apple Business Manager, built an HIPAA-compliant Asset Management Policy, and maintained custom Windows laptop images using CloneZilla. I supported 600+ users across eight medical clinics while resolving network, hardware, and software issues.
