I'm managing commercial and industrial construction projects at Sherwood Construction Services, coordinating 10+ subcontractors, developing schedules, and preparing tenant and capital improvement estimates for $1M+ projects.
I use Excel to build detailed cost estimates and present accurate pricing, while holding bi-weekly meetings with owners, shareholders, and contractors to align progress and priorities. I also create daily social media content to increase the company's visibility.
Previously at Leibold Irrigation, I supported multi-month project planning through parts, labor, and payroll forecasting, purchase order management, and field-based rerouting solutions. I analyzed plans and blueprints for procedures and timelines on $5M+ projects.
I also founded and operated Rainier Auto Detail, where I managed customer communications, scheduling, service delivery, budgeting, recordkeeping, and YouTube content strategy.
