What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity in human resources where I can contribute to talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational growth while continuously enhancing my professional expertise.

I've supported office administration, reporting, project documentation, and team coordination during my internship at Tata Advanced Systems Limited. My study of employee engagement and retention strategies there examined practices that improve satisfaction, loyalty, and workforce retention.

I'm completing a Master's of Management Studies and bring practical exposure to employee record management, recruitment observation, and administrative documentation at Haardik Constructions. I also completed Business Analyst and Process Mining virtual internships through Eduskills, alongside projects in compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal.
