I've led people strategy and leadership development across Okaya Power Group, Talent500, Asian Paints, Samsung R&D Institute, and HCL Technologies.

At Okaya Power Group, I lead leadership development for mid and senior management across a pan-India energy workforce. I designed behavioural competency frameworks and assessment tools that support succession, readiness, and workforce capability decisions.

At Talent500, I helped build and scale the HR function for a 400+ employee SaaS start-up, covering people strategy, performance management, culture, employee experience, and engagement. I also partnered with founders on organisation design, headcount planning, and talent acquisition through rapid growth.

I've supported culture transformation, leadership development, and technical talent strategy at Asian Paints and Samsung India, where I received the Samsung Culture Champ Award. I also bring a research and teaching perspective as a published employee-engagement researcher and guest faculty at TISS Mumbai.
