What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior HR and recruitment role where I can own end-to-end talent acquisition, strengthen hiring procedures and metrics, ensure labor-law compliance, and partner with leadership to scale staffing effectively.

I’m a senior-level HR professional with more than 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in human resources and management, built around one goal: align hiring and HR execution with the overall business strategy.

In my most recent roles as a Sr. Recruitment Specialist, I’ve owned end-to-end recruitment—from updating recruiting procedures and onboarding processes to tracking recruiting metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. I source locally and internationally using channels such as Walk-in, LinkedIn, Bayt.com, Naukri Gulf, Candidates Tracker, Qatar Living, and Gulf Times, then shortlist, interview, and manage documentation, reference checking, and offer issuance with negotiation tactics.

I also coordinate the full transition for new hires by ensuring pre-employment onboarding procedures are completed, following up with department heads after role changes, and working closely with the PRO for visa and sponsor change processes. Across contracts and high-growth environments, I stay current on labor legislation and guide teams on regulatory changes.

Earlier, I led HR and recruitment at scale as HR & Admin Manager and Group HR Manager, overseeing recruitment processes, labor engagement, new hire orientation and exit, personnel handbook updates, payroll coordination with Finance, and administration (including travel, hotel arrangements, license renewals, and compliance). I’ve supported training and performance maintenance, formalized LEAN and Six Sigma management, participated in ISO/Supreme Committee audits, and earned recognition for outstanding HR and customer services.
