What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a talent acquisition or HR opportunity where I can manage full-cycle hiring, build strong candidate pipelines, partner with stakeholders, and support workforce growth in a fast-paced GCC environment.

I'm immediately available and currently lead global talent sourcing at Job Hub Global HR Management Consultancy in Doha, managing end-to-end recruitment for facility management roles across healthcare and industrial projects.

I partner with FM clients to understand workforce needs, source white- and blue-collar talent, conduct screening and interviews, support salary negotiations, and coordinate onboarding and deployment within strict deadlines.

Previously at Ravis Cleaning and Hospitality Services Company, I managed recruitment, candidate communication, ATS records, employee files, and payroll coordination across multiple branches. I've also completed SAP Payroll module certification.

My experience spans candidate engagement, exit interviews, credential validation, technical and non-technical recruitment, and pipeline management across Qatar and India. I use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, and ATS tools to create a seamless candidate experience.
