What I'm looking for

I’m returning to the workforce and looking for an HR/People Operations role where I can apply my training, performance management, HRIS, and full-cycle recruitment experience—bringing renewed energy, discipline, and a fresh perspective to a fast-paced team in Mexico.

I’m a Human Resources professional with 3+ years of experience across employee training, performance management, HRIS, and full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced organizations. I’m a native English speaker, and I’m well-suited to global/remote-first teams and multinational companies operating in Mexico.

In my recent roles, I drove employee engagement through structured coaching and development programs, and I helped employees with performance and career growth to support retention. I also oversaw HR Information System (HRIS) ownership, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records, and I contributed to organizational planning initiatives alongside senior leadership.

I’m currently re-entering the workforce after a family career break, and I’ve stayed engaged with HR trends and best practices.
