What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can own end-to-end recruiting and onboarding, collaborate with hiring managers, and improve candidate experience—using strong organization, HR operations support, and data-informed KPI tracking to deliver high-volume hiring.

I’m a Business Administration professional working across talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR operations. I manage full-cycle hiring—from candidate sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, employee training, and HR operations support—while improving the candidate experience and coordinating with hiring managers.

In my Recruitment Analyst role at CadenaComercialOXXO (ReynosaRegion), I handled high-volume hiring by managing an average of 30 open positions at once across operational roles. I supported the complete recruitment process, coordinated hiring timelines with stakeholders, and monitored recruitment KPIs like productivity, vacancy coverage, and turnover.
