I’m looking for a role where I can own employee experience and talent acquisition end-to-end, use people analytics to guide decisions, and grow into a strategic HR Business Partner—especially in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

I’m an HR professional focused on employee experience, talent acquisition, and people operations in a fast-scaling OTT/media organisation. I partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align hiring strategy, onboarding design, and engagement initiatives that move real outcomes.

In my current role as an Associate – Employee Experience at hoichoi (SVF Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.), I manage end-to-end recruitment for 10+ roles simultaneously while coordinating interview quality across 50+ multi-panel interviews. I build and maintain talent pipelines of 100+ candidates, share fortnightly hiring dashboards and people analytics to leadership, and support offer negotiations with salary benchmarking—closing 15+ offers with a 70%+ acceptance rate.

I also lead employee experience and onboarding improvements, collaborating on a redesigned onboarding framework and a structured first-90-days journey for new hires. I act as a primary point of contact for HR policies, leave, and workplace queries—resolving most issues without escalation—and I contribute insights on early attrition patterns and onboarding feedback to support retention improvements.

To strengthen people operations, I draft and manage offers, employment contracts, and role-specific JDs with 100% compliance across documentation, while maintaining accurate employee records and HR files. I’ve streamlined HR workflow speed by leveraging AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to reduce JD drafting time by 60% and offer generation time by 50%, and I’m eager to grow into a strategic HR Business Partner role.
