What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote and international opportunities.

At Alpha Cosmos Trading Ltd, I responded to customer enquiries about accounts, transactions, payments, and platform use. I investigated concerns, explained next steps, and followed up on outstanding issues.

When a customer experienced a delayed payment, I communicated calmly, managed expectations, and followed up until the payment was resolved. The customer relationship was retained.

At Huckleberry Concepts Limited, I coordinated daily administrative operations, managed client communications, and maintained business records. I also supervised a team of 16 and supported scheduling, logistics, and invoicing.
