At Infosys, I led four testing squads across CRM, IVR, Agent Assist, and Chatbot modules for Telenet, while managing transitions, test strategy, governance, and Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ testing. I also planned Playwright-based automation and introduced AI-driven test-case generation and execution.
