What I'm looking for

I’m open to Salesforce Product Owner roles/QA, where I can bring strong platform knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.

At Accenture, I lead end-to-end functional testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud. On the Heineken engagement, I worked in a dual QA and embedded BA role, covering requirements walkthroughs, process mapping, and testing; the work improved overall testing efficiency by 20%.

I also gathered requirements, wrote user stories and acceptance criteria, and mapped business processes for Salesforce projects. Previously, as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant, I contributed to business analysis and performed functional, UAT, and API testing using Postman. I’m open to Salesforce Product Owner roles.
